Public health carried out inspection campaign to restaurants and shops in Baghdad

Based on the directives of the Minister of Health to provide healthy food for citizens , Public Health Directorate/ health audit department , carried out in collaboration with the Health Audit Section (Baghdad Rusafa Health Directorate), Dr. Hassan Hadi Baqir, Director General of the Public Health Directorate headed inspection campaign to Restaurants and shops in Baghdad city , Baqer said ,This campaign is the beginning of other campaigns to ensure the availability of health conditions and the quality of food provided to the citizens ( by taking samples of this food and sent to the Central Public Health Laboratory to examine it and ensure their suitability for human consumption , the campaign also focus on the methods of food storage how to be should and health conditions and the dates of the period of validity of products and cards and health certificates for workers in restaurants, and add, that such campaigns will continue until the achievement of the goals set for it to provide a healthy food for citizens
