Public Health discussed a draft of administrative work procedures

Public Health Directorate / quality management and administrative reform section held a meeting on Thursday 07/02/2015 included directors of quality management sections in the ministry center in order to discuss the implementation of the administrative work draft generalized by the Ministry of Planning / Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control, where it focused on identify all the administrative steps for each department by setting goals and scope of work and responsibilities of all of the steps to be followed for the implementation of measures through a time limit for the completion of documentation of work for all ministry center Directorates and the formation of a higher committee of quality experts in the Ministry of Health to review these measures to be adopted as a final copy and approved after been sought by Administrative Deputy of Health Minister, and an introductory courses for quality management sections in Baghdad and the provinces on how to document their procedures
